This Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy is established by Healing Optimized to protect the value of our products and ensure consistent pricing across our distribution network.

The purpose of this MAP policy is to ensure that Healing Optimized’s pricing standards are followed and that our products are marketed and sold at prices that maintain the integrity and premium nature of the brand.

By signing this agreement, the wholesaler agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Definition of MAP Price

• The Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for all Healing Optimized products is $49.95 per bottle of Bio Active-C.

• The MAP is the minimum price at which a product may be advertised to the consumer and applies to any advertising — online, in print, or other forms of promotion.

• MAP does not affect the price at which the wholesaler or retailer may sell the product; they may sell at or above the MAP.
  However, no advertisements should show a price lower than the MAP.

2. Advertisement Guidelines

• The MAP applies to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to:

  • Websites

  • Email promotions

  • Social media

  • Online marketplaces

  • Print and television

• Any form of advertisement or promotional material (banners, text, images, or videos) that displays a price must comply with the MAP.

• Price matching or advertisements that imply discounts below the MAP are prohibited.

3. Sale Price and Discounts

• A wholesaler or retailer may offer discounts on the sale price to individual consumers (e.g., via coupon codes, flash sales, or bundled promotions), but these discounts must not be advertised.

• All discounts, coupons, or promotions must never result in an advertised price below the MAP.

4. MAP Violations

Violations of this policy will result in the following actions:

• First Violation:
  A written warning will be issued, requesting immediate compliance.

• Second Violation:
  Suspension of shipments to the wholesaler for 30 days.

• Third Violation:
  Termination of the business relationship with Healing Optimized and permanent removal from our list of authorized wholesalers or retailers.

Healing Optimized reserves the right to enforce this MAP policy at its discretion, including sales suspension or account termination in response to continued violations.

5. Authorized Discounts and Promotions

• Healing Optimized may offer limited-time promotions to wholesalers and retailers.
  These offers will be communicated directly and must not violate this MAP policy.

• Any promotional pricing offered by Healing Optimized will override the MAP during the promotion period, with clear start and end dates.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

• Healing Optimized will actively monitor pricing across various channels (e.g., websites, social platforms, and marketplaces).

• Wholesalers must cooperate in any investigation or verification process and provide any necessary documentation to confirm compliance.

7. Modifications to the MAP Policy

• Healing Optimized may modify, update, or discontinue this policy at any time, with or without notice.

• Upon any changes, wholesalers will be notified in writing and are expected to update their pricing and promotions accordingly.

8. Agreement and Acknowledgment

By signing below, the wholesaler agrees to comply with this Minimum Advertised Price Policy and understands that failure to adhere may result in penalties, including the termination of the business relationship with Healing Optimized.
