What are your business hours?
You may place your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, however, feel free to call or email anytime and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as we can.

How can I become a distributor/affiliate?
If you are a practitioner and are looking to sell our products out of your clinic, becoming a wholesale distributor may be a great option for you.

Shipping Information
How much is shipping? How long does it take?
For orders within the United States, we have a flat shipping rate of $7.99. Orders over $125 ship free. Shipping can take an average between 3-7 days depending on delivery destination.
For orders shipping to Canada, there is a flat rate of $34.95.
Please note: Wholesale customers may receive different shipping rates.
Healing Optimized will not be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. If your order is lost or delayed, please contact your shipping carrier.
Healing Optimized is not liable for delays or losses during import and is unable to refund shipping charges for orders that are denied entry. Customers are responsible for any additional import taxes or fees.
Has my order shipped?
You will receive an email once your order has been processed and shipped, usually the same business day if the order was placed before the shipping cutoff time.

Do you ship on Saturday or Sunday?
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday (assuming Monday is not a holiday, otherwise it will be shipped the next business day).
When are the cut-off times for shipping?
If the order is placed before 12:00 pm MST Monday to Friday it should be shipped that same day. Orders placed after that time, will be shipped the following business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada and South Africa. If you’d like us to ship to a different country, please reach out to us via email at contact@healingoptimized.com and let us know the order size and country.
Customs / Import Regulations
Healing Optimized will not be liable for orders that are refused or held by customs. We encourage you to contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing the applicable regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delays in delivery, or customs rejection. Ask your customs office whether your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. For large wholesale orders, we accept checks as well – please email us for more information at contact@healingoptimized.com.
Can I pay with multiple forms of payment?
We do not have the functionality on our website at this time to take multiple forms of payment. However, you can email us at contact@healingoptimized.com and we may be able to work something out.

Policies
What is your cancelation policy?
Once your order is placed, there is a very limited window of time, approximately 15 minutes from the time the order was placed, in which you are able to cancel it or make specific changes. Please reach out to us at 1.800.674.3250 to cancel an order that has not been shipped yet. If you can’t get through to anyone, please leave a text or voicemail.

What is your return policy?
Healing Optimized offers a 30-Day Money Back Warranty on Products purchased through our Website. This warranty comes into effect on the day your product is purchased and expires (30) days after. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning any Product. Please contact our Customer Service at (800) 674-3250 for further assistance with your return.

Healing Optimized reserves the right to revise, modify or change this Return Policy at any time upon reasonable notice, and may, decide not to make a refund to any person it believes is abusing this Return Policy.
