Welcome to the Healing Optimized Affiliate Program! These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the rules and benefits of participating in our program. By signing up, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States (or another eligible country).

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during sign-up.

• Only individual accounts are permitted—no shared logins or bots.

• Business Verification: You may be required to provide proof of your business registration or tax ID if applicable.

• International affiliates may be subject to additional tax laws or restrictions depending on their country of residence.

2. Affiliate Structure & Commission

Our program offers a tiered monthly commission structure that resets at the start of each calendar month:

• Welcome Bonus: All new affiliates receive 15% commission for their first 30 days, regardless of monthly sales volume.

• Commission Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust commission rates and the tier structure at any time based on business needs.

• Commission Chargebacks: In the case of returns, cancellations, or fraud, commissions will be reversed accordingly.

• Non-payment for Invalid Leads: Commissions will not be paid on invalid sales, including those made through affiliate self-purchases or fraudulent activities.

Commission Payout

• Payouts are issued on the 5th of each month for the previous month’s earnings.

• Minimum payout threshold: $20.

• Commissions below this threshold will roll over to the next month until the $20 threshold is reached.

• Payment Methods: Commissions will be paid through the chosen payment method (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer).

3. Tracking & Attribution

• Affiliates must use their unique tracking links provided by Healing Optimized.

• Sales are tracked via 30-day cookies. If a customer purchases within 30 days of clicking your link, the sale will be credited to you.

• Healing Optimized is not responsible for incorrectly formatted links, browser issues, or failure to use your tracking link properly.

• Technical Issues: Healing Optimized will make every reasonable effort to ensure that tracking is accurate, but is not liable for tracking discrepancies due to technical issues, including cookies being disabled or affiliate links not being used correctly.

4. Promotional Guidelines

• Affiliates may only use approved graphics, copy, and content provided by Healing Optimized.

• You may not misrepresent our products, brand, or your relationship with Healing Optimized.

• No paid ads targeting our branded keywords (e.g., “Healing Optimized,” “Bio Active-C”).

• No spam, misleading, or unethical marketing practices. Affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines and all local advertising laws.

• Affiliates cannot alter or modify Healing Optimized’s branding, logo, or any promotional material in a way that might confuse customers or misrepresent the brand.

5. Prohibited Behavior

• Purchasing through your own affiliate link.

• Making misleading or false claims about Healing Optimized or our products.

• Using your affiliate link on coupon/discount code websites without permission.

• Promoting on adult, offensive, or illegal content platforms.

• Any form of fraud or abuse, including click fraud, self-referrals, and any fraudulent or manipulated sales.

• Affiliates are not permitted to engage in direct competition with Healing Optimized by selling similar products or using the affiliate program to market competitors’ supplements.

Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and possible legal action.

6. Relationship Disclosure

• You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in any post, video, or content per FTC guidelines (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases.”).

• Affiliates must comply with all local advertising laws and disclosure requirements in their respective countries or regions.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause.

• Upon termination, you must stop using all links, logos, and promotional materials provided by Healing Optimized.

• If terminated due to a violation of these terms, any unpaid commissions may be withheld.

• Healing Optimized reserves the right to terminate the program entirely at any time, with notice to affiliates. In this case, commissions for any valid sales that occurred before termination will still be paid out.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Healing Optimized is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in this program.

• No responsibility will be taken for errors in promotional materials provided to affiliates.

• Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healing Optimized from any claims, losses, damages, or legal costs arising from affiliate actions, including the misuse of marketing materials, misrepresentation of the brand, or breach of these terms.

9. Modifications

• Healing Optimized reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

• Affiliates will be notified of significant changes by email or within their affiliate portal.

• If significant changes are made, affiliates will have the opportunity to opt out of the program.

10. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Utah.

• Any disputes related to this agreement will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Utah courts.

11. Tax Compliance

• Affiliates are responsible for paying their own taxes on commissions earned through the program.

• U.S. affiliates will be required to submit a W-9 form, and international affiliates may be required to submit a W-8BEN form for tax purposes.
